Comfortable room with a beautiful view.
The advertised 5-star experience was a letdown. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, which was disappointing compared to other hotels in India. The electronic light controls were frustrating and not user-friendly, and the bathroom light sensor was intrusive at night. Additionally, the limited water supply was inconvenient, and the check-out process was unnecessarily lengthy.

Perfect for couples looking for a getaway
We had a great stay at this place, especially the views from the infinity pool were amazing. And let me tell ya, the food at the restaurant was really good, fresh and so tasty that we couldn't get enough!
It wasn't cheap, but still worth it for the experience.

Great views and awesome staff!
Had a nice stay for 3 nights in a Deluxe Double Room. The views from the room were amazing, and the pools were super chill, especially the adults-only one. The staff was super helpful too, especially with organizing tours. Just wish the cake I ordered wasn’t marked up so much though.

great experience with a few minor hiccups
We were warmly welcomed by the staff when we arrived late at night, allowing us to rest comfortably in the lobby until our room was ready. The rooms were spacious with stunning views of the pool and lush hills, making our stay memorable. We loved the rooftop pool, which offered a fantastic atmosphere, but it seemed to be in need of some updates. The breakfast buffet featured an array of delicious Indian dishes that appealed to our family's tastes, and we especially enjoyed the garden view while dining.

Amazing staff made it memorable
Waking up to stunning views from my Deluxe Double Room was a delight. The infinity pool was relaxing and the breakfast spread was deliciously varied.
However, I faced a few hiccups with service, such as delays in requests and occasionally limited dining options. The check-out process was also slow and frustrating.
